Obernberg – After the fatal knife attack on Friday morning in Obernberg (Ried district), the 22-year-old alleged perpetrator confessed during his first interrogation on Saturday morning. Alois Ebner, spokesman for the Ried public prosecutor’s office, explained this to the APA. The 22-year-old stabbed his 59-year-old father several times with a knife following an argument. The public prosecutor’s office will request pretrial detention for the man on Saturday, explained Ebner.
