A police commission arrested this morning Humberto Ernesto Rodriguez, alias “Catriel”, domiciled in the town La Falda, Banda, suspected of murdering Carlos Antonio “Pitu” Méndez with an accurate stab wound, the last weekend in B° Los Naranjos.
In the early morning, the police “combed” and raided various houses on Jujuy, Pública and 2do pasaje streets of B° El Brete, scenes of exhaustive operations and records required by the prosecutor María Alejandra Holgado, endorsed by the Control and Guarantees judge, Roxana Menini.
We recommend: “Pitu” was executed with a stab wound to the heart and the murderer wore a hood
Considered dangerous and author of the brutal murder of “Pitu”, “Catriel” was arrested at 6:30. The raids were carried out by members of the Homicide and Complex Crimes Division Band; dependency of the D6, plus Infantry Guard Corps, Usar and preventive Unit of Departmental 5.
It is worth remembering that “Pitu” was stabbed to death, apparently by “Catriel”, during a suggestive passage through B° Los Naranjos.
