Yet another new problem identified on the new iPhone 15s. Overheating, soon corrected by an update, has given way to crackling speakers.
Saga of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro, continuation and probably not the end. After overheating which will soon be resolved by an update, the new iPhones are at the heart of a new controversy, this time impacting the speakers. Many users report on Reddit that the sound emanating from the speakers of their iPhone 15 is sometimes muffled, sometimes filled with crackling.
“My iPhone 15 Pro Max arrived on launch day, and right out of the box, calls at full volume vibrate the speaker and sound like there’s liquid inside, and it’s the same for music above 80%, below 80%, you can notice the clicking when holding the phone to your ear”REMARK WoodenAlternative212 on Reddit. “Mine rattles a little at full volume on certain sounds”points to Royal_Decision7505.
Worse still, the TikToker Milesabovetech explains that he returned his iPhone 15 twice as a replacement. And yet, despite this problem recognized by Apple, it persists. It is unclear whether these are faulty models, or a software bug, which seems to be the most plausible option.
