Media platforms circulated the news of Adel Imam’s injury to Alzheimer’s disease, as the Egyptian journalist, Mohamed El-Baz, stated on his “Akher Al-Nahar” program that Imam was in a healthy condition that did not allow him to return to work once more, and that he had symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.
In the context, ET published in Arabic, following a contact with Adel Imam’s brother, Essam, who denied what was rumored, saying: “I do not know why he said that, and he had previously spoken for a while that his health condition was critical, and it was also proven incorrect.”
Issam Imam pointed out that his brother, Adel, “lives a period of rest and calm, which is his right, and I previously said that if Adel Imam is tired and enters a hospital, we will not hide the matter and the whole world will know that.”
And Essam Imam, at the end of his contact with ET in Arabic, indicated that the pursuit of the trend is what motivates many to deal with news related to Adel Imam.
