“I don’t know how the war will play out, but I know for sure that the sovereignty and independence of Ukraine will outlast Putin’s regime.”
After returning to Poland, Secretary of State Blincol posted a commemorative photo taken at the train station on SNS, saying, “I have seen clear evidence that the Battle of Kiiu has been won”. “Putin failed,” he wrote.
Russia also faced a strong threat to the U.S.’s highest level of support for Ukraine and a warning message to Russia.
“There is a threat of nuclear war and it is very serious,” the Russian foreign minister said.
Russia showed off its power by test-firing a new intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying ten nuclear warheads a week ago.
The West has been concerned that Russia might use weapons of mass destruction, such as small nuclear bombs, in this war.
Regarding the increase in arms aid from Western countries, including the United States, Russia argued that “in fact, NATO participated in the war with Russia” and “the risk of World War III is real.”
UN Secretary-General Guterres will visit Moscow to meet Putin and then visit Ukraine’s Kiiw to meet President Zelensky.
