Gerard Pique, the former Barcelona and Spain player, announced his contract with the famous “Casio” watch brand to sponsor the League of Kings, following the last song in which Shakira mocked her ex-lover Pique.
Shakira, who broke up with Pique, released a song recently, through which she broke records, following she mocked the former international defender, during which she said that Pique replaced the “Rolex” watch with a “Casio” watch, referring to the new girlfriend of the Barcelona player who retired last year.
Pique responded to Shakira’s ridicule via the “Twitch” application, during which he revealed his agreement with the “Casio” brand to sponsor the Kings League, a tournament of seven players organized by Pique, with the participation of 12 teams, each of whom plays 11 matches, then a playoff for the title, and organizes days Sunday and launched on the first of January.
The Spanish newspaper “Marca” pointed out that the agreement is part of Pique’s response to his former partner, Shakira.
Former center back and Colombian star Shakira announced last June their separation, following a relationship for more than a decade that yielded two children.
