If the title is decided against Al-Hazm, Al-Hilal will compete in the Riyadh “derby” against its arch-neighbor Al-Nasr next Friday evening, as champion of the competition, which requires an honorary walk to salute the champions at the “Awal Park” stadium in the capital, Riyadh.

The recent period witnessed a state of controversy over this matter, as Al-Nasr will face a difficult situation, especially since the “derby” is on its soil and among its fans, in addition to the fact that it was Al-Hilal’s first competitor throughout the current season.

Also, it is possible that some players will refrain from attending the honorary corridor, led by Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, who exploded in anger after Al-Alamy’s loss to Al-Hilal in the Riyadh Season Cup final (0-2) last February.

Ronaldo appeared angry in front of the photographers’ lenses while Al Hilal players made an honorary walk to the Al Nasr stars, something that may not suit the Portuguese star, who is always accustomed to achieving titles and climbing to the podium.

If Al-Nasr refuses to make the honorary pass, it will be subjected to severe criticism related to not applying sportsmanship and accepting defeat, which will put “Al-Alamy” in a strong crisis.
