In a message posted on Instagram where he thanks his followers for “ [leurs] messages of encouragement, condolences, love and friendship”, he explains that he will devote his son’s energy through an association “Antoine Alleno (which will aim) to support the victims of repeat offenders”.

In the grip of addictions and drunk at the time of the facts, the man suspected of having fatally said don’t remember anything. The suspect was already known to the police for several offences, including traffic offenses and property crime.

Antoine Alléno, 24, who was riding a scooter, was hit at a red light last Sunday around 11 p.m. in the seventh arrondissement of the capital by a driver who had just “stolen a luxury vehicle”, according to a police source. The young man, who was at the head of the restaurant “Burger Père et Fils”, launched last year with his father, died on the spot.

The driver who fatally hit him was indicted on Wednesday and remanded in custody. This man, who had been arrested shortly after the events, had been brought to the Paris court on Tuesday evening at the end of his police custody. A judicial investigation has been opened for homicide and aggravated involuntary injuries (the suspect being intoxicated and having driven despite a canceled driver’s license), damage, intentional violence, theft and hit and run.

The suspect was indicted on these counts by an investigating judge and imprisoned in the Fleury-Mérogis remand center (Essonne). The Paris prosecutor’s office has also brought to execution two other sentences of six and three months’ imprisonment already on the criminal record of this man, which means that he will have to serve these nine months in prison.
