The mythical license of strategy games Age of Empires are celebrating a key anniversary in 2022. Indeed, it’s been 25 years since the series debuted on PC. Revolutionizing the genre and marking an entire generation, the teams plan to celebrate the event as it should be.
An appointment is therefore given for October 25th. There will be several lives from a special place for the occasion on the channels ofAge of Empires, Xbox et Red Bull Gaming.
It doesn’t stop there as the date also marks the release ofAge of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition. A new version including the basic game as well as all the updates until then and the anniversary one bringing the Ottoman and Malian civilizations. The weekend will be marked by the biggest Age tournament of Empires : the final phase of the Red Bull Wololo Legacy on the top of the Heidelberg castle in Germany!
