On Monday, talks took place in Brussels between Kosovar Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell and the US government’s Balkans envoy Gabriel Escobar. It was about the Franco-German proposal for an agreement to normalize relations between Serbia and Kosovo.
