Tank for quick supply of sprayers is launched at Agrishow 2023
The Bunker 15,000 tank truck from MP Agro Máquinas Agrícolas, which was developed to supply sprayers, will be launched at Agrishow 2023 and will be the big news at the event. In addition, all the updates of the company’s line of stainless steel solids distributors will also be presented;
Agrishow is one of the biggest showcases of news and technologies in agribusiness in the world. At the fair, which takes place this year from the 1st to the 5th of May, in Ribeirão Preto-SP, MP Agro Máquinas Agrícolas will launch the Bunker 15,000, which is a quick supply tank for sprayers. In addition, the company also prepared an update on the entire line of fertilizer distributors (Taurus 12,000, Taurus Robust, Taurus Truck and Z Line), improving the quality and technology in the application even more.
New concept in spraying
The launch is a revolutionary solution that hits the market bringing a new concept in the spraying operation. That’s because Bunker 15,000 increases operational productivity, improving time efficiency and savings throughout the process. “The solution needs only eight minutes to be loaded and promotes the supply of the sprayer in operation in just two minutes, due to its high supply flow. As it manages to carry up to six loads per tank, considering 2,500 liter sprayers, it generates a great increase in operational yield.
With this solution, patented by MP Agro, the spraying process becomes much faster, providing application in more hectares/day and greater savings in this process”, says Wilian Sartori, Product Research and Development coordinator.
In this way, the self-propelled vehicle in the field does not need to go back to the syrup plant to supply it, as the Bunker will be available or on the way, offering a reduction in time and consequently greater coverage of hectares per day. “A great partner brought us what could be a great point of improvement in the operation of the field. With that, we studied the best strategy to bring this solution to the entire market”, adds Sartori.
Special features
As well as the company’s already consolidated products, the supply tank is also manufactured 100% in stainless steel, including its syrup pump. It has a stirring system to homogenize the syrup before filling it in the sprayer, a simplified valve handling system, manual or automatic pumping system, among other facilities.
Another differential of MP Agro’s solution is its fast supply system with double nozzle, made from the bottom of the tank, providing ease, safety and ergonomics. In addition, the equipment works with high flows, allowing a fast supply work. And after the operation, the Bunker can be cleaned through the cleaning nozzles installed on the top, without the need to enter the equipment, being safer and more practical for the operator.
More modern line will be exhibited at Agrishow 2023
The great differential of the line of fertilizer distributors that will be presented at the fair is the completely new distribution system, with greater precision in the application of fertilizer and, especially, greater reach of the haul range, reaching up to 42 meters in width, with guarantee products under the right conditions, according to Karen Moralles, marketing coordinator. “Our distributors, already a reference in the market for the resistance, quality and durability of the 100% stainless steel structure, arrive at Agrishow 2023 with a new distribution system, with greater precision in the position of the drop point on the disc, removable drawer-type conveyor with guides internals that guarantee total alignment of the mat, front sensors and easy-to-maintain technil rollers”, he adds.

This will be the 28th edition of Agrishow, which this year has the theme “Connecting People and Technologies”. More than 800 exhibiting brands from Brazil and abroad will be present and sustainability will be a focus throughout the event.
