It is observed that AI overselling mainly comes from self-employed operators, including Wistron (3231), Lite-On ( 2301) and Quanta (2382) were shot down.
Proprietary dealers expanded their weekly oversell to 38.608 billion yuan last week, setting a record for the amount of oversell in history. Looking at the number of oversold individual stocks (excluding ETFs), Wistron ranked first, with 48,000 oversold, No. 1 Four companies named Lite-On Technology sold 9,385 copies, and Quanta sold 4,288 copies.
Wistron’s stock price has been soaring since the beginning of this year around 30 yuan. It broke through the 100-yuan mark in early July and reached 161.5 yuan at one point. However, after the stock price reached above 150 yuan at the end of July, it began to fall sharply in August. The stock price closed at 115 yuan, and has plummeted by more than 20% since the high point. Since August, self-employed traders have sold as many as 68,000 shares, and foreign investors have backhanded more than 91,000 shares.
Similarly, Lite-On’s share price has fallen by 20% from its intraday high of 174.5 yuan at the end of July to last Friday’s closing price of 137 yuan. Self-employed traders have sold nearly 19,000 copies since August, but foreign investors Backhand bought more than 20,000 copies.
As for Quanta, the intraday highest price reached 271 yuan at the end of July, and closed at 223.5 yuan last Friday, a drop of 17%. More than 2259 sheets.
