Air Europa strengthens in Colombia and Peru with an interline agreement with Viva Air

Air Europa and Viva Air, a Colombian “Ultra Low Cost” airline, have signed an interline agreement whereby Air Europa is strengthening its presence in Colombia and Peru, offering new flight options and expanding the offer of routes to his clients.

As part of this alliance, Air Europa passengers will be able to connect from Bogotá and / or Medellín with 18 Colombian cities served by the Viva airline (Cali, Pereira, Montería, Riohacha, Cúcuta, Bucaramanga …, as well as destinations on the Atlantic coast and the Caribbean such as San Andrés, Cartagena and Santa Marta). With these services Viva Air has succeeded in positioning itself as the “king of the beaches” in Colombia. In addition, Viva Air with flights from Lima to Cuzco will allow Air Europa to strengthen its commercial connections to Cuzco from Lima.

Viva Air has a fleet of 23 latest-generation aircraft that are more environmentally friendly due to their low fuel consumption and silent engines. Viva Air’s fleet has been listed as the most modern in Colombia, the second in South America and the fourth in the world.

Air Europa serves Bogotá daily and operates four weekly frequencies (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) to Medellín.

In Peru Air Europa operates daily flights to Lima.

Air Europa operates these flights from Orly via Madrid with optimum connections of approximately 3 hours.
