Air France pilots suspended after cockpit fight

Two Air France pilots were reportedly suspended following a fistfight in the cockpit.

The Swiss newspaper La Tribune said the pilot and co-pilot exchanged blows as they flew an Airbus A320 from Geneva to Paris in June.

The cabin crew members intervened following hearing the noise. One crew member remained in the cockpit until the plane landed safely.

The airline told La Tribune that the accident did not affect the flight.

The incident comes following a report published by the French Aerospace Investigative Authority on Tuesday said the airline treats its pilots in a lackluster manner when it comes to safety procedures.
