Airbus “intensifies its search for new talent” to prepare for the future of aerospace, more than 13,000 people worldwide across all industries to be hired by the company in 2023 – same as last year.
“To support the rise in power of its commercial aircraftmeeting the challenges of defenseof the’space and helicopters », the European manufacturer announced on January 26, 2023 that it wanted to recruit more than 13,000 people worldwide this year. Around 7000 of them will be newly created positions within the company. The new recruits “will play a decisive role in supporting our industrial ramp-up and Airbus’ ambitious decarbonization roadmap, and in preparing for the future of aviation”, underlines its press release. This new recruitment campaign will be global, with a focus on technical and industrial profiles, as well as the acquisition of new skills supporting the long-term vision of the company, in areas such as new energies, cyber and digital”.
