The Steering Committee of Al Ain Football Club Company met for the third time in 2024, on Friday, under the chairmanship of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Talent Welfare Committee.

The Al Ain Football Club Company Steering Committee held its third meeting for the year 2024 yesterday, headed by His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Talent Welfare Committee.
The Chairman of the Football Company’s Affairs Management Committee expressed to the members his great thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, First Vice President of the Club, First Vice President of the Council of Honor, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, for the high patronage he provided. His Highness surrounds the club and is always keen on everything that would advance Emirati football.
Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan approved the decision to extend the contract of the Argentine coach, Hernan Crespo, the coach of the first football team, based on reports on analytical operations and in an effort to enhance the positive situation and establish the principle of stability in the team’s system.
The Chairman of the Steering Committee of Al Ain Football Club Company Affairs directed the strengthening of opinion polls electronically and on the ground to provide the best services to Al Ain fans and Emirati football fans. He also directed to enhance the club’s participation in various community events.
The meeting discussed the requirements for the next stage, especially the Asian Championship and local competitions, and the Chairman of the Management Committee directed that all support be provided to the team in order to achieve the goals set before the start of the current season, namely competing for all tournaments, in line with the club’s vision and to please its fans.
He also reviewed the progress of work on the development projects for the football school and academy facilities, which are consistent with the club’s goals and strategic plans, and the technical and physical reports of the academy players, praising the advanced technical programs and their positive impact on the players of the Sunni teams, which contributed to developing the potential of the cubs, juniors and youth.
