Aleksandr Veselonovic, coach of Al Dhafra (Al Faris Al Gharbia), admitted the complexity he faced due to the changes made to his opponent, Dibba Al Fujairah (Al Naukha).
The two teams had met in the 13th round of the ADNOC Professional League, with Fares Al Gharbia emerging victorious, 2-1.
Veselnovic opened his remarks, stressing, “The captains are very different from what they were before the suspension period because of the changes they made to the team.”
Moqra continued, “I faced a problem because of the change of the technical director of Dibba Al-Fujairah, because I did not know the method and style of Hassan Al Abdouli, the new coach.”
Veselonovic described the meeting as “one of the difficult matches that increase the value of Emirati football.”
And the Serbian coach pledged, “Al Dhafra will work to benefit from this result and build on it in the upcoming meetings. We will intensify our preparations to perform well in the upcoming matches.”
In the conclusion of his remarks, Vesilonovic praised the performance of Thiago de Leonco and Giorgi Milanov, the two new arrivals at Hamdan Bin Zayed Stadium.
The 52-year-old said in this regard, “They played seriously, and contributed to the victory of Western Fares through their recording and industry.”
