Sports Observatory: Sports journalist Saleh Al-Tariqi responded to a tweet written by his colleague Faisal Abu Thaneen regarding the privatization of Al-Hilal Club.

Abu Thaneen wrote on his official account on Twitter: “Al-Hilal preceded everyone by many years in implementing privatization, and there are those who need very many years of privatization in order to reach Al-Hilal.

For his part, Al-Tariqi responded, saying: “He explained: Privatization means transferring the ownership of an institution belonging to the public sector / the state to the private sector, such as the privatization of the Ministry of Telephone and the Ministry of Electricity, and Al-Hilal is owned by the Ministry of Sports, whose ownership was transferred to the Investment Fund.
