Bayern Munich announced the signing of Dutch midfielder Ryan Grafenberg, 20, from Ajax Amsterdam on a five-year contract.
Grafenberg, a graduate of the Ajax Academy, participated for the first time with the first team in the 2018/2019 season, and played 103 matches in all competitions, scoring 12 goals.

He also won three Dutch league titles and two Cup titles with Ajax and played ten matches with the national team.

“When the offer came from Bayern Munich, I didn’t think much regarding it,” Grafenberg said. Bayern is one of the biggest clubs in the world. Players from all over the world want to play for this club.”

“I am coming to Munich to win many trophies, Bayern are used to winning trophies. Everything is possible with this club, including winning the Champions League. The teamwork in this team is very strong, which I love.”
