French international midfielder Paul Pogba has resumed training with Juventus, an official spokesman for the latter confirmed to “AFP” on Monday.
The spokesman said that Pogba did some exercises on Sunday and Monday, but did not reveal the date of the player’s return to the stadiums.
Pogba, who suffers from a cartilage injury, had decided not to undergo surgery that would have likely excluded him from participating in the national team, which will defend his World Cup title in the World Cup in Qatar.
Pogba is expected to return to the stadiums this month, but he will miss the first two matches of Juventus in the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, and against Benfica of Portugal next week.
