“Al-Marsad” reveals the truth about the news circulating about the end of Yasser Al-Shahrani’s soccer career

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Suspicious and unknown foreign websites promoted fake news regarding the injury of Yasser Al-Shahrani, the national team player, who was exposed to it during the Argentina match.

Suspicious websites came out with fake statements attributed to the Saudi national team doctor, stating that Yasser Al-Shahrani’s career had ended inside the stadiums due to the injury he sustained in the first round of the World Cup.

After research and investigation by the press staff of Al-Marsad newspaper, it was confirmed that what is being circulated is just fake news that is published from unprofessional websites, in order to get visits and achieve revenue by publishing fabricated news.

And Al-Marsad newspaper confirms that no official statement was issued by Yasser Al-Shahrani, the Ministry of Sports, or Al-Hilal Club, regarding the extent of the impact of the injury that the player was exposed to on his football career.
