Kuwait City: Al Musaini Pitch Smashers Cricket League Season Five Winners Kings XI. Team Kings XI won by defeating Team FFC by seven wickets in the final match held at Jaleeb Champions Ground. Mohammad Shaq of Kings XI was adjudged Man of the Match in the final.
Team UFCC’s Sathyaraj Keshavan bagged Man of the Series, Best Batsman of the Tournament and Most Sixes awards. Shibu Omanakuttan of Kings XI was selected as the best bowler, Nikhil of Team Tri East as wicket keeper and Jason D’Souza of Team MFC as fielder. Trophies were distributed to the players who scored century, hat trick and five wickets in the tournament and mementos were distributed to all the participating teams.
Al Musaini Operations Manager Guruprasad distributed the trophy and cash prizes to the winners. Al Musaini Marketing Executives Sarath Sankaran and Lijo Kuriakos participated in the event. The final match was controlled by the umpires Santhosh and Vineesh. Sarath Arvind, Salih, Imtiaz, Rineesh, Fawaz, Sijo, Sameer, Shiju, Siju and Preedat led the way.
