(Alliance News) – ALA Spa announced Monday that rating agency Cerved has raised the company’s public rating from “B1.1” to “A3.1.”
The rating upgrade reflects ALA’s growing competitive positioning in the industry, positive financial results forecast for 2022, aligned with budget targets, and persistence through the end of 2022, despite the M&A deal put in place. good financial balance, with an NFP/Ebitda ratio of 2.0 times.
The business plan outlines an important development path for the coming years, which will benefit from the growing market demand and the synergies resulting from the acquisition of Sintersa, a momentum accompanied by a confirmation of the positive economic performance. It is also expected to maintain a largely sustainable level of leverage, an achievable target, according to rating agency Cerved, given ALA’s historical ability to generate cash flow.
