ALBA Summit closes with a call against interference

After celebrating the XXIII Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP), the member countries provided a final declaration to close the meeting held in Caracas.
