Aldar Properties acquires “Al Hamra Mall” for 410 million dirhams

Aldar Properties signed an agreement to acquire the commercial center “Al Hamra Mall” in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, at a value of 410 million dirhams.

Aldar Investments has the right to develop more than 11,000 additional square meters within the total floor area of ​​the mall.

This right comes with an option to acquire 7,400 square meters for purposes Retail and commercial uses.

The transaction represents the first acquisition by Aldar Investments outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
