Aldi, Lidl and Co. left behind: This is the most popular retailer in Germany

The results of the current customer monitor – the most important annual consumer study in Germany – speak for themselves: GLOBUS is once once more the most popular German food retailer. In the customer ranking, the GLOBUS market halls performed significantly better than the industry (2.10) in the main category “Global Satisfaction” with the top mark of 1.86.

“In everything we do, the focus is on the satisfaction of our customers. For us, and especially for the employees in the market halls, the positive ratings of our customers in the customer monitor is the highest praise for the daily commitment on site,” says Thomas Hewer, spokesman for Managing directors. “Especially in the currently challenging times, we rely more than ever on our well-known performance with fresh in-house production, fair prices and sustainable, trusting partnerships as well as really well done services.”
