Aldi Süd started the “Tester Club” on Thursday. Over www.aldi-testerclub.de users may apply to be product testers for selected products. Aldi selects some product testers from all applications. They receive the respective product delivered to their home free of charge, can test it there and keep the product permanently after submitting an online rating.
“On the other hand, the TesterClub website also displays selected products from the range of ALDI SÜD branches, which customers can buy independently in the branch. (…) After uploading the receipt, there is then the option of a cashback payment or participation in a competition,” explains Aldi.
These products can be tested for free
At the start of the tester club, there are already three products to choose from for which you can apply as a product tester: A Boston-Gasgrill, an inflatable one Outdoor-Whirlpool and a Bedding Set. The application phase ends around September 6, 2023. Applicants must provide their name, address and date of birth. Aldi Süd does not explain how many people are then selected.
There are three products to choose from in the “buy, test and win” section: biscuit caramel popsicles, vegan liver sausage and flatbread sandwich. The first 1,000 participants who purchase the respective products from Aldi-Süd by September 6th, 2023 and then submit the voucher to aldi-testerclub.de and fill out the participation form will have the chance of cashback. In addition, all participants take part in a monthly competition in which they can win Aldi-Süd shopping vouchers worth 250 euros (2x), 100 euros (20x) or 50 euros (30x).
“The honest opinion of our customers is extremely important to us. The TesterClub gives us the opportunity to access the valuable feedback from our customers,” says Kai Schmidhuber, Managing Director Customer Interaction at ALDI SÜD.
