Today, Saturday, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Razek, head of the Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts in Alexandria, issued an urgent official decision to impose a fine on the tenant of the distinguished Sidi Bishr beach, following a pioneer complained regarding the mistreatment of beach workers and the imposition of tips.
The administration’s media and public relations team had monitored a complaint from a female citizen in a post on the social networking site “Facebook”, in which she complained regarding the ill-treatment of Sidi Bishr beach workers and the imposition of tips on the pioneers.
Abdel Razek explained that the complainant was contacted, the complaint was verified, legal measures were taken once morest the beach tenant and a financial fine was imposed on him in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
The Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts appealed to citizens and visitors to the Bride of the Mediterranean for positive cooperation to prevent tips on the beaches of Alexandria and to report any violation of the complaints numbers.
