Having been in great difficulty for several weeks, Alexis Lafrenière responded in style to his detractors during the New York Rangers’ 5-1 victory against the Buffalo Sabers on Thursday evening.
With only less than four minutes elapsed in the first period, Alexis Lafrenière found himself almost alone in front of Sabers goalie Devon Levi’s goal to propel the puck into the promised land on a return shot.
