Codemasters and Electronic Arts are giving players access to the Alfa Romeo F1 Team 2023 C43 car through EA SPORTS F1 22 today. This in-game premiere is available to all finishers* in Time Trial mode ahead of the FORMULA 1 ARAMCO PRE-SEASON TESTING 2023 event, which begins later this week.
The striking red and black livery that Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu will drive in the 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship is an evolution of last year’s model, which finished 6th in the 2022 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship – its best result in more than one Decade.
“Pre-season testing is a highly anticipated moment on the Formula 1 calendar and the first opportunity for fans to see how the new cars fare on the grid,” said John Merchant, F1 Global Brand Director at EA SPORTS. “We are excited to be part of the 2023 restart and give our players the opportunity to race and test the C43 for the first time.”

Additionally, starting March 2nd, EA SPORTS F1 22 will be added to The Play List, making the game available to EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. New players on Xbox, PlayStation and PC will be able to enjoy the thrill of Formula 1 with the most authentic recreation of the pinnacle of motorsport.
