Alfa Romeo launched the special “Racing” edition of its Giulia QV, to celebrate its return to Formula 1 racing.
The Italian company explained that the new ‘Racing’ special edition features an eye-catching design with a special white and red paint, in reference to the C38 model, which participated in Formula 1 races in 2019.
The carbon fiber components enhance the sporty appearance of the car. It has a special presence on the front bumper and on the sides, and the carbon fiber spoiler shines on the rear, on which a drawing of a racing ring appears. The front fender is decorated with a signature of the company’s name, and below it is the signature of Racing.
The special model’s superior equipment includes a titanium exhaust system developed by the specialized company Akrapovic, and carbon/ceramic brakes, which enhance the unique sports driving experience.
The interior shines with sports seats with red seat belts and contrasting sewing threads in the same color.
In terms of propulsion, the special model relies on a 2.9-liter V6 twin-turbocharged engine with a power of 512 horsepower, an increase of 10 horsepower over the standard model.
Alfa Romeo announced that production of the special ‘Racing’ edition of its Giulia QV is limited to 10 copies only.
