Algeria first in the 2022 African Championships

The 2022 African Badminton Championships, which took place from February 18 to 20 in Kampala, were dominated by Algeria (2 gold medals and 2 bronze medals), thanks to their coronations in men’s doubles and in mixed doubles. Egypt won the most podiums (8) with in particular the title of Nour Ahmed Youssri in women’s singles. The men’s title went to Nigerian Anuoluwapo Juwon Opeyori. Maurice took the victory in women’s doubles.
