Ali Zafar shares the lyrics of the new PSL anthem, fans are excited

Renowned singer Ali Zafar is back in season 9 of Pakistan Super League (PSL) after almost 5 years, he has thrilled fans by sharing the anthem lyrics for the league.

Ali Tafar last sang the PSL anthem in 2018, he has sung a total of 3 PSL anthems and all three have been equally popular.

With just a few days left for PSL Season 9 to set the stage, cricket fans eagerly wait to hear the anthem before the tournament begins.

Now finally Ali Zafar has confirmed his return to PSL on social platform X, earlier only news was doing the rounds on social media that the singer will sing the PSL 9 anthem with Aima Baig.

However, the PSL Franchise League on X shared a video in which the superstar singer is singing the tune of one of his previous PSL anthems, ‘Ab Khel Jame Ga’.

The caption read, ‘Siti To Bhakti Ge’ Ali Zafar is ready to work his magic on the PSL’s official anthem.

Famous singer Ali Zafar retweeted this tweet and wrote that ‘it will be time and the stage will be decorated again’.

Ali Zafar, who crooned the anthem for the first three seasons of SL, suffered a career setback in 2018 when fellow singer Misha Shafi accused him of harassment, a controversy that led to a hiatus in his career and a five-year hiatus. Not selected to sing PSL anthem again.

Ali Zafar composed and performed the first PSL anthem ‘Ab Khel Ke Dukha’ for the inaugural season of PSL in 2016.

For the second season of PSL in 2017, Ali Zafar once again performed the rousing anthem titled ‘Ab Khel Jame Ga’.

Ali Zafar won the hearts of fans by composing ‘Dil Se Jaan Laga De’ for the 2018 season.
