A bill was submitted to the Duma on a deferment from mobilization for fathers with many children. He proposes to exempt from partial mobilization citizens who are raising three or more children under the age of 18 or who are raising one or more children under the age of 18 without a mother (father).
In addition, it is proposed to grant a deferment to citizens who have a wife whose pregnancy is at least 22 weeks, as well as those who are the only son or daughter of a single parent.
