The string ensemble SONARKRAFT, the singer and orchestra double bass player Burgi Pichler and the RobertSölknerTrio (piano, electric bass, drums) come to Lienz at the invitation of Stadtkultur on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 and from 8 p.m. in the town hall they will ensure a top-class atmospheric concert evening . Timelessly beautiful chansons, ballads and jazz classics paired with newly discovered and spring-fresh works guarantee a varied, musically appealing program that blurs genre boundaries wonderfully. Under the motto “All in”, works by Hildegard Knef, Amy Winehouse, Max Raabe, Robert Sölkner, Andreas Trenkwalder and many more are heard – a colorful mix, but finely tuned!
The string orchestra SONARKRAFT has existed since 2014, makes music in different formations and consists mostly of Tyrolean musicians. Varied programs paired with an irrepressible joy of playing are characteristics of the ensemble, which particularly likes to devote itself to unconventional concert projects.
