Recently, a family in Florida, USA, was surprised by a giant alligator in their pool.
The unnamed family asked the state’s wildlife stewardship service for urgent help to catch the 10-foot-long crocodile.
“Just a crocodile who wanted to enjoy a swim,” said Todd Hardwicke, an expert in catching crocodiles.
Hardwick added: “One of the most difficult things that a crocodile catcher can face is slipping through the water. The crocodile reached the swimming pool through a hole in the backyard of the house, where it slipped through a canal.”
A video clip showed the process of catching the crocodile and returning it to the salt water.
