Right behind, comes the state of Rio de Janeiro with 110.480 requests, followed by Minas Gerais, with 52.130from Bahia, with 49.173 and Rio Grande do Sul, with 28.497. Tocantins appears as the state with the lowest number of blocking requests (772), followed by Roraima (1.139), Amapá (1.417), Acre (2.038) and Rondônia (3.588).
It is worth noting that these numbers are just an approximation, since not everyone who has a stolen or stolen cell phone requests the IMEI block. The survey uses data provided by local authorities in each state and by the operators themselves as a reference.
