Entrepreneurship. The 2023 edition of the Forsa program is off to a flying start. According to officials, this new edition is progressing even faster than the first. In fact, only two months after the launch, 1,400 applicants have already reached the funding phase and received favorable opinions.
In a very difficult Post-Covid context, and under the High Instructions of His Majesty the King to promote the professional integration of young people, the Forsa program had been launched to instil entrepreneurship among young people and support them to create and succeed in their projects.
In 2022, the Forsa program has set itself the goal of supporting and financing 10,000 project leaders. This objective was successfully achieved, only 8 months after its launch. At the end of December 2022, 10,000 project leaders had received their funding.
In addition to these 10,000, the funding committees gave their favorable funding opinion to a few dozen project leaders whose ideas were promising. An outperformance therefore for this program. The payment of funding for these few dozen project leaders is in progress.
In this context, Fatim-Zahra Ammor emphasizes: “We are proud to have been able to initiate 10,000 projects and materialize the dream of 10,000 entrepreneurs for the 1st edition of the program. We could have stopped there, but we wanted to give the chance to more project leaders, who will in turn be able to start their entrepreneurial adventure”.
