Amanda Ilestedt, 31, will be away from the soccer field for a while.
But it is not an injury that puts an end to the national team defender.

Ilestedt has been “on sick leave” recently.

Ilestadt is an important piece for the Swedish national team. In the World Cup last summer, she accounted for four goals despite being a centre-back.
