Amazon plans to change the price of the Prime subscription. The official financial report of the company with information about the price increase was published on the Business Wire portal.
Now a subscription to the Amazon Prime service will cost $15 (₽1.1 thousand) per month instead of $13 (₽980). At the same time, the list of services, in addition to discounts, free products and delivery, will include the features of Amazon Music, Prime Reading and Prime Gaming. The changes will come into effect on February 18, 2022, after which new customers will be able to apply for the service at the updated rate. For active subscribers, price changes will take place on March 25.
