Madagascar in the program of the European Investment Bank (EIB). Ambroise Fayolle, its vice-president, was passing through the Big Island, at the end of July, notably on the occasion of the announcement of a loan to WeLight, a designer and distributor of mini solar electric networks (mini-grids), subsidiary company of the Axian group. The opportunity to broaden the discussion on similar investments made par the EIB in Africa, the leading continent receiving financing outside Europe, with approximately half of the 10 billion euros of envelope outside the European Union provisioned on and total volume of 65 billion euros.
