American actor Evan Ellingson dies due to drugs

Yasser Rashad – Cairo – The young American actor Evan Ellingson, who was famous for his participation in the movie My Sister’s Keeper with the star Cameron Diaz, and also his participation in the series CSI: Miami, died at the age of 35 years.

Evan Ellingson was found dead in his bedroom, inside a rehabilitation center for those recovering from drug abuse, in Fontana, California, last Sunday.

San Bernardino police reported that there were no obvious signs of foul play.

According to statements by the young actor’s father, Evan Ellingson was suffering from a drug abuse disorder, and he died in the rehabilitation home where he was staying, adding that his son was in good condition, and his death was a shock to the family.

Evan Ellingson began his career by appearing in commercials as a child, before landing a continuing role in a Fox network series in 2000.

Evan Ellingson participated in the series CSI: Miami for three years, between 2007 and 2010, and the role of Cameron Diaz’s son in the movie My Sister’s Keeper is considered his most famous role.
