Yazbek took advantage of the bread crisis that Lebanon is going through, which has reached an unprecedented stage in the country’s history, to top people’s conversation by describing it as a “provocative”, as he said in the video clip that he posted on his official accounts on social media platforms: “A first-class smuggling operation.” .. This video is drawn by the competent judiciary and those concerned, and whoever can reach me, it affects me … and at my own responsibility,” adding: “I am a smuggler, they complained about me.”

With this act, the Lebanese artist Amir Yazbek ignited the Lebanese street, which suffers from a loaf of bread crisis, especially with a large number of bakeries stopping work, and the high prices of bread on the black market, sparking controversy with his behavior when he documented a video while smuggling large quantities of loaves of bread, Wondering why he did it.

It is noteworthy that obtaining one bundle of bread has become a difficult and difficult task for the Lebanese citizen for more than a month, in light of the economic problems experienced by his country.

On the other hand, the Lebanese artist, Ragheb Alama, attacked the presidents of Lebanon, and held them responsible for the situation in which the Lebanese are living, especially the crisis of bread interruption, which has been going on for some time, through a tweet he posted on his Twitter account.

Ragheb published a picture in which a seller appears carrying a bundle of bread, and also shows the hands of citizens who flock to buy bread from him, and the Lebanese artist commented on the photo, saying: “Thank you, rulers! You have excelled in running our country, which is a blessing from God. You have excelled in protecting the dignity of the citizen! You have excelled in starving the poor. Thank you heroes.”

Many social media activists circulated videos showing dozens of Lebanese lining up to get a loaf of bread. After a stifling crisis caused by the shortage of flour in the country, after its supplies from Ukraine were interrupted due to its war with Russia.
