The AMMC has created a special “Collaborative Financing” portal on its website, better known as crowdfunding, in order to support future players in this method of financing in the deployment of the new platform approval system. and the general public in understanding this new mechanism. This initiative comes following the publication in the Official Bulletin of the circular of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority n°01/23 relating to Collaborative Finance Companies carrying out “investment” category operations.
Thus, any interested person can contact the AMMC for any request for information on the system or the approval process.
Furthermore, information sessions will soon be organized by the regulator, during presentations of guides on the framework governing Crowdfunding in Morocco.
