The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) organized, last Friday, a meeting of exchanges between magistrates of the Public Ministry and the leaders of the Casablanca Stock Exchange and Maroclear on the place of market infrastructures in the capital market .
This 4th meeting is part of the partnership and cooperation agreement concluded in December 2020 between the AMMC and the Presidency of the Public Ministry. The agreement relates to the coordination in terms of offenses relating to the capital market, the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism and the deployment of a training system in the area of the capital market.
Organized respectively at the headquarters of the Casablanca Stock Exchange and Maroclear, this meeting enabled some twenty magistrates and magistrates from different cities of the Kingdom to inquire about the role and missions of market infrastructures and the functioning of the capital market in general.
