The actress and director Denise Dowse, known in particular for having played in the famous American series “90210” is in a coma.
Her sister posted a message on her Instagram account to announce the news, CNN reports.
“She is in hospital in a coma caused by a virulent form of meningitis. Her doctors do not know when she will come out of the coma because it was not medically induced,” the post read.
One of his co-stars, Ian Ziering, wrote in the comments that he sends his “hope and prayers for better days in the future.”
Denise Dowse played the role of Yvonne Teasley in the series “90210” from 1991 to 2000.
She has also acted in several films and series since, including the series “Charmed” and “Gilmore Girls”.
