Atlanta, USA (CNN) – At least two people were killed and eight others injured in a shooting incident in Tel Aviv, according to a spokesperson for Ichitov Hospital, where the wounded were treated Thursday.
The hospital said that the four injured underwent surgical operations, and their conditions ranged from serious to critical.
The condition of the other injured was described as moderate to serious, while the injuries of two other people were mild.
A police chief said that the attack targeted a “bar” on “Dizengoff” street in the heart of the city, and indicated that it was not yet clear whether the attack was carried out by more than one gunman, and pointed out that the manhunt was continuing.
