The results of the study, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, which specializes in sports medicine, showed that exercise helps relieve symptoms caused by mental disorders, including depression and anxiety.
The authors of the study concluded that sport not only represents a factor that improves the mental health of individuals, but rather is an effective treatment that alleviates the symptoms of mental disorders.
