The contact also dealt with some issues of bilateral relations between the two countries, as it was agreed that the Israeli authorities would conduct a full and transparent investigation into what was reported in the Israeli press in connection with historical facts that occurred in the 1967 war about the Egyptian soldiers buried in Jerusalem, where Lapid confirmed that the Israeli side will deal With this matter positively and transparently, communication and coordination will be made with the Egyptian authorities regarding developments in the matter in order to reach the truth.
