An exotic collection of eggs for Easter in Burgas Zoo

Exotic collection of eggs for Easter in Burgas Zoo This year, for Easter in Burgas Zoo, a permanent exhibition with a collection of exotic eggs of wild and tame birds will be set up.

This will also be the largest collection of eggs in our country. The manager of the zoo says that the exposition is for educational purposes and the idea is for visitors to get up close and personal with the rare types of eggs dyed in natural colors. One of the most attractive eggs are those of the Australian ostrich emu, tinamu, African owl, crowned crane, macaw and many others. For Easter at noon in the presence of visitors, the animal caretakers will give some of the animals a rationed amount of Easter eggs. Burgas Zoo is now open with summer hours! Come every day, including the Easter holidays, from 08:00 to 20:00! Text and photos: Eleonora Dabova
